BALLS UP FOR NEXT AUTUMN STATEMENT?
ED BALLS has been installed as 5/4 favourite to present the 2015 Autumn
Statement, with George Osborne, who has just presented this year's,
quoted as 6/4 second favourite. Hills also make Vince Cable 25/1 to make
the speech a year hence, with Boris Johnson at 33/1 and Ukip's Douglas
Carswell 100/1. 'With the next General Election odds-on at 4/9 to
produce no overall majority a number of potential Chancellors could be
envisaged to be in a position to present the Autumn Statement in 2015'
said Hill's spokesman Graham Sharpe.
